HOW TO ADOPT?

Sunrise Educational Forum will be responsible for adoption following the land where it is operating, taking also into consideration the law of the country of the adopting parent/s.
Our dedicated lawyers and accredited legal immigration representatives on the matter will assist and expedite the adoption process.

Sunrise Educational Forum, as registered under U.S Government Law, complies or will comply with U.S. Federal Law as well as the laws of a prospective adoptive parent’s state of residence and the prospective adoptive child’s country of origin and because the United States are party to the Hague Adoption Convention, all the adoption processes will be based on the above mentioned convention if such countries are party to the Hague Convention. SEF also uses other processes as accepted by USCIS.

SEF will always work in partnerships with other adoption companies and institutions to make sure that the safety of the kids is highly maintained. SEF undertakes to go through adoption process, line upon line, and help with the adoption process from start to finish.

SEF, being an immigration service organization as well, will work in collaboration with other immigration entities to ensure smooth process of visa applications for their adopted orphans.
